I thought I would take the time to thankyou for all of your help during the WomAdelaide weekend.
The liquid that you gave me has helped immensely. I am sleeping peacefully now, and now able to handle my work load, focus on ways of improving how I handle stress, eating properly and have stopped smoking and decreased my intake of alcohol with the intention of stopping all together. My memory has also improved, which is great as I really thought that senility was setting in. My aim is to also improve my fitness.
