The outstanding fertility rate is achieved through supporting the female body to produce the fertile conditions necessary to get pregnant and carry to term.
If the male partner has difficulties on his part, constitutional homeopathic treatment can be provided to help him.

Specific improvements aiding to get pregnant:

• Removing the effects of the oral contraceptive pill (OCP) and of the Implanon.
  Without our program, it has been found that it takes up to two years for ovulation to return after stopping the pill. The cervical crypts supposed to produce fertile mucus have also been found to be affected by the OCP.
• Treating pathology like e.g. poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), fibroids or endometriosis.
• Balancing hormones and toning the reproductive system.
• Improving the quality of mucus and eliminating thrush (Candida) which can diminish fertile mucus.
• Moderating inherited weaknesses.
• Raising energy levels, vitality and your ability to cope with stress.

During the first consultation we are discussing your health history and factors that could contribute to not getting pregnant, so these can be addressed. We can also discuss ways to increase your chance of conception. Consultations can be done together as a couple or individually if preferred.

The results of the fertility tests below are helpful to have for the first consultation.
All blood tests will need to be arranged through your GP. Please ensure that "patient copy" is written on the blood test forms so your results will be sent to you directly.

• Day 3 FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) This is a blood test done on day 3 of your cycle - and also days 4 AND 5 if aged between 35-46 years of age - to establish baseline FSH level.
• Progesterone This is a blood test done on day 21 of your cycle to check if ovulation has occurred.
• Luteinizing Hormone (LH) urine test strips This testing helps to identify when you are about to ovulate and to individualise your fertility program. Even if you think you can tell when you are ovulating, we insist on this test, as experience has shown that lots of women are wrong about their time of ovulation. Start testing daily from day 6 of your cycle until a positive line shows on the strip.
  The test strips can be purchased from chemists, supermarkets or online.

Please note that day one of your cycle is the first day of bleeding (not spotting).
